Sharkmouse feels atavistic. Like ... it's coding for a trait that's no longer desirable; given the environment, the enveloping structures. And yet it keeps returning.
It's probably not going to build anything for anyone, but it's capacity to structure and parse stories has deepened.
So I hang on to it, hoping it will once again prove useful.
